I had a booking with zoomcar for a single day ( about ** hrs) on * November ****. My booking id for the trip is : JPS*N**QQ. Trusting on Zoomcar's past reputation and my past experience, I paid them the security deposit of ₹**** believing that they would refund it back on time. According to their new refund policy, it takes them ** working days to refund the amount back. But now, it has been more than ** days since I booked my trip from their app and still I haven't got any refund. On complaining on their customer care contact number, the bot says you have no bookings. I have even tried to mail them many times, but they don't respond. I have my trust on Voxya platform because it has helped me get refund from a particular food delivery company before. I hope people will look into my matter and help me regarding the same.
