ನಾನು ಝೊಮಾಟೊದಿಂದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ *, **** ರಂದು ನನ್ನ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. Paytm ಮೂಲಕ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಝೊಮಾಟೊದಿಂದ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ Paytm Wallet ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ Zomato ಗೆ ಏನು ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದೆ, ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ **-** ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕಾಯಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇಂದು ** ನೇ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್, **** ರವರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಯಾವುದೇ ನಗದು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಜುಗರದ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ. ನಾನು ಆದೇಶ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಝೊಮಾಟೋ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
