Yourwiskart is a fraud company, you should never order anything from this company.
Read this article, and you will never open yourwishkart.in ever again.
They scam people and are a group of fraudsters.
First, it started by placing an order on yourwishkart.in, i chose COD for my order.
Next day you get a call from someone, asking is your order confirmed, as we are shipping this product to you and will be delivered in *-* working days.
When they call you for order confirmation, that is the only time you can actually speak to someone from that fraud company.
When he called me, I asked him if this is original and seal packed or refurbished, he said it is brand new seal pack apple product with bill and one year warranty, hence i agreed for him to ship.
Next thing, they ship the product to me using fedex courier.Fed ex tracking id[protected]

Next day fedex calls me in the afternoon asking if i am able to collect the parcel with COD of INR ****, i said my mom is there at home and she can collect the parcel.
Parcel delivered, I come back home and open the parcel, and there is no seal pack, the box is open already, and inside is a completely fake product which doesn't even switch on.
Next day i try to call the customer care number mentioned on their website, i call the number i got a call back from, i also called the number mentioned on the parcel by the sender, to my surprise none of them answered.
It's been a week now, i have called all Three number multiple times, nobody has answered even once.
The day i called them the first time, The person who called me to confirm the order whats app messages me saying hi this is regarding airpods return, please return this to the seller, or else you will not get a refund.
I agreed, i confirmed with him Three times if he wants me to send the parcel to the same address mentioned on the delivery slip, he said yes.
I went to DTDC same day, sent the shipment to that address, paying INR ***, which seller denied to refund.DTDC consignment number is V[protected]if you guys want to check)
The parcel was sent back to Ghaziabad.
The first update, address incomplete.
I requested dtdc to try again, then the second update on Tuesday is address ok but no such person.
This entire process might have taken more than a week, and the only time seller responded on what's app was the first and second day.
Since then i have whats app messaged him so many times, i have called all three numbers. I have sent several emails to their customer service email mentioned on the website, there is not a single response from the company.
