I booked a room at Yatra by using the Yatra gift voucher issued by SBI. After booking i came to know that the hotel which these guys rated as */* is not good as it sounds so i cancelled the same.
In the email and cancellation screen i was told that i will be getting the full refund, However, after cancelling they are rejecting that refund wont be issued as it is GIFT voucher.
This is nothing but scam. Please help
