we have flight booking with Yatra.com for * adults and * infant . due to some medical reasons, * adult and * infant can't travel so we reached out to yatra for ticket cancellation for these * passengers but they are charging wrong cancellation fees. on multiple follow up calls of more than * hours from last ** hours they are not ready to correct the charges on their website.
my travel dates are nearby and later on they will charge more cancellation on the name of days are nearby departure date
