I was booking a bus from vadodara to bhopal from yatra app then I paid the money from phonepe upi nd money got deducted but yatra didn't booked my booking nd didn't got a reference number just hav pnr Number which i included in my screenshot, i hv also a phonepe upi payment receipt , yatra didn't hv a call number nd not replying in email plss help me to get my refund
