www softvity com - www softvity com didn t provide services as promised for development of a website

Dear Madam/Sir, Miss Ritu from www.softvity.com (Website Development Agency) contacted me over phone on *th July'****. She said that premium website with premium support of **X* Hrs for one year will cost Rs ****/-. I told her that I already have domain name and hosting account, then she offered me premium website with premium support as above in just Rs ****/- for me. After discussions and basic enquiry in coming days, I paid Rs ****/- on **th July'**** to softvity via google pay for developing the website. Ritu assured me to complete the work within a week, however basic structure of the website was made live on **th July. Meanwhile, upon request of Softvity, I made a balance payment of Rs ****/- on **th July'**** on her request. Since **th July, I am following up with Ritu & Softvity team for customization of my website that is required to run the website. However, they aren’t taking it seriously and services are not being provided as per their assurance. They only designed basic website, changed logo and added important pages on footer of the website. For rest of proposed changes & guidance, they have started asking money in the name of premium support. This is quite frustrating that, initially Ritu told me that www.softvity.com will give premium support of **X* Hrs for one year for my website www.listvist.com and now suddenly, they are asking money for the support. After taking balance amount of Rs ****/- on **th July'**, they stopped giving customer support. They even stopped listening to me and replying to my emails and messages. I also asked them to provide registered customer support number for generating ticket number, however they didn't provide the same and told that 'You can contact on same whatsapp number'. All my discussions were made with www.softvity.com via whatsapp/phone/gmail. Whatsapp Nos of softvity are **********, **********, **********. It seems www.softvity.com is a fake website developing agency based on Khorda, Odisha, which first attract the customers by assuring building & hosting premium website with cheap rates & with **X* hrs support for one year and later on they flew after taking money. Anyway, www.softvity.com provided website after many reminders but they started asking money time and again for the same services that would have been given at the initial cost of the website. I have Whatsapp Chat history and gmail conversations with www.softvity.com in this regard and can be produced if required. Please help.
