Meesho App - Wrong size item delivered meesho app is not giving access to upload the real photo image so that my

I booked a top on meesho nd the Id is *********. They gave me a wrong size dress top. For return purpose, I tried to upload the real image of the dress, but the app is not giving access to upload it. Without the real photo, my return request will not be accepted. So many times I tried but waste of time and energy. This is the second product I ordered in meesho. First one also defective. But I kept silent. The item is with me only and of no use. I don't recommend meesho for online purchases. They are not trustworthy I feel. Amazon is far better compared to meesho. They r very accurate in collecting the return items at our doorstep at no cost nd immediately transfers the refund amt to our account. Pls try to solve my problem if meesho staff are watching my complaint. Thanq in advance.
