I have filed a complain about wrong return of article, company asked me to share complete video clip of package and some photos,.
after that Meesho rejected my CPP Claim with reason "We regret to inform you that we will not be able to process your compensation claim for Order ID: ************_*. Based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request."
This is not fair, company is not following its policies. we are small business owners bearing those losses will break our business...
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
