Asian Diagnostics - Wrong report from the lab

Respected Sir,
I had taken food intolerance test for my son who is ** years old from Asian diagnostics in the last week of June **** and I got the reports on *nd July, ****. We paid ***** for that test. As per the reports most of the foods are intolerant for my child. But when I tested on the child based on the report, he is not allergic to either rice or wheat. He doesn't show any discomfort while having those. We are used to take rice since he was * months old and now he is ** years. And as per the report he is very much tolerant to buffalo milk. But he shows very bad symptoms on the day he is given buffalo milk. These are just few instances. I am absolutely not satisfied with the results. Even the doctor whom I am consulting from IAIM (Ayurveda hospital) denied this report.
When approached their team, they are saying a new term that my son's gut would be leaking. They asked me to take another gut leaking test which would cost about **** bucks. Their dietitian asked me to avoid to ten foods in the report which I tried for ** days. No changes absolutely. They are keen in selling their products instead of correcting it. A higher official from their team called me and said that he will arrange for the gut leaking test and dietitian consultation for free. It's been more than a week now. No response eventhough I messaged them. I don't believe them anymore. I don't want to conduct any test for my son or any dietitian consultation even for free. I am looking for a refund of ***** from them for their unsatisfactory service.
