Callhealth Services Private Limited - Wrong report delivered

I have given my blood sample for test on **th August . Report must reach my inbox by **th afternoon . After so many calls and follow ups they sent my report by **th night . To my shock in that report sample drawn date mentioned as **th instead of **th . So I raised a complaint on **th and made call to know the status on **th . They told me I will get a call back but never got any . I doubt as there is some mix up happened report not generated when I raised a complaint they just gave me some random report and in urgency they might have mentioned **th as sample drawn date .
