Meesho seller - wrong related compansation

i am a small seller on meesho. i am receiveing a wrong product as customer return . i am almost receiveing *** product as wrong return. so i apply for my wrong related compansation. so meesho said your claim ratio is higher than usual. so i ask meesho to share my ratio with me but he didn't even call me since ** days and and doesnt even reply.i faces huge loss of ***** for this. i am also tell this thing to twitter in meesho support but they also solve my quarries.and i have ***degree unpacking video and images to prove that really i am receiveing a wrong return.plz solve my quarry.
