I am writing to address ongoing issues with the Airtel-UL-Xstream Value *** Unlimited GB (**Mbps/****Kbps) COMBO Plan, which I subscribed to on **-May-****. Despite paying for * months upfront, I have faced recurring internet-related problems since September. Upon investigation, I discovered that our area lacks the necessary Fiber connection infrastructure, leading to service disruptions. This critical information was not communicated during installation, resulting in misrepresentation. Urgent intervention is required to resolve this matter promptly.
