- Wrong products received Closed
I had ordered * products on boutique website.furst of all they took **-** days for the delivery and secondly I got only * products and none of them matches with what I had ordered.i asked for the reshipment or replacing but they are taking so long and even hardly replying to my emails and I think they have blocked my number also.their service is so so bad and even they are giving lot of excuses that your order is delayed by DTDC courier , speed post website's server is down etc.i want my order as soon as possible .please do something and I suggest everyone not to buy anything from "www.biotique.com".I placed my order on ** march and till today I don't have my correct order.. invoice on the box was same as what I have ordered but the products inside are not the same
