Lifestyle Online - Wrong Product was delivered

I have Ordered a Pair of Jeans order no (**********) from Lifestyle online Store and they delivered the package in time however in the package instead of Jeans i got a T Shirt..by Then It was all fine henceforth i Called customer service to complain. Whilst Complaining this Customer representative asked for the Proof that T shirt was delivered instead of Jeans therefore i sent an email with an attachment of multiple photos then after he registered my compliant. It's been more than a week since i ordered but they are not willing to get the product replaced..I have calling them every now and then But they always ask for more time as they have no update..
