I saw an ad on Facebook of sareemela.in clothing store & purchased saree of Rs. ***/- with order no. *******SM on **th Feb ****.
On receiving the package on **th Feb ****, I found that received saree was not the same from what I ordered. Immediately I connected to customer care email id & requested for refund, but I haven't got response.
On **th Feb I contacted the seller on the number which I found on invoice copy on the parcel. He told me, parcel will be picked up & refund amount will be given by courier person within * days . After * days multiple times & continuously, I am trying to connect with seller through emails, chat messages & phone calls, but till today I have not received any response from the company/seller. Phone number is coming switched off from the day I described my issue. No response for mails, messages & calls. I want my refund money back at the earliest.
