I was looking for wireless earpods and this company (gizart.in) popped up. It showed a fancy earpods called fitpods amounting to Rs. ****. I purchased with a "cash on delivery" option. After a few days, the product arrived at my home and paid the courier Rs. ****. When opening the parcel I was shocked to see * pcs of cheap airpods which is only for Rs. *** to ***. Both the airpods were of the same ear. There was no customer care no. available of that website and only an email for customer service was available (help@gizcart.in). Upon emailing them they replied *-* times and promised to look into the matter. Afterwards, they asked for bank details and promised to refund the amount in the bank. But till date, no refund has been received. The website is still functioning and probably cheating many customers on a daily basis. Please look into this
