My order Id is **** and I had ordered HiFi wireless earbuds amounting to Rs.****. I have received i*s TWS, which is the wrong product. I have been sending emails regarding delay delivery and wrong product to helpamazify@gmail.com but they do not respond to my emails and there is no customer service number on their website. I want to return the product and I want my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
