Getnik - Wrong product delivered

I ordered * kurti and * gown worth rs****.** from getnik. But they delivered a dirty piece of useless cheapest saree cloth in place of gown and Kurti. Getnik is a biggest fraud online shopping site n company. There is no contact number and I also emailed them but no response .
My order number is #*****.
Please take a strict action against getnik.
I want full refund from this fraud company.
Their returning address mentioned in site is: ***-Anjani icon mall Jhangirpura Olpad Road Nr Iscon Circle & Jhangirpura Bridge Jhangirpura Surat.
