Fashion Style 005 - Wrong product delivered

There is this page on Instagram with name "fashion_style_***" Who claims to sell beautiful and original lehengas but the product I ordered was totally different from what I received, the color was different and also few designs, it looked old. The product was not upto the mark. It costed me ₹**** and they didn't provide me with a replacement or any refund. Although I asked them about their return/exchange policy where they claimed to be easy return/exchange. But when I complained them about this issue they ignored my messages and there was no response and no help.
