- Wrong product delivered Open
I placed an order on one of the pages on Instagram for * phone cases for Rs.***/-. A week later I got just * cases for different phone models. When I complained about this to them, they asked me to fill a Google form for exchange and submit. I did the same. It's been more than ** days and there's no update on my products.
I've been texting them on Instagram, yet there's no reply from them.
