Big Bazaar - wrong product delivered

've placed an order through your website and it was delivered on time but they
have delivered "Wellberg vaccum flask set flask ***ML + Coffee Mug (* Unit)
combi set - with bag" instead of "Wellberg vaccum flask set flask ***ML + Coffee
Mug (* Unit) combi set - with bag. I also emailed regarding this on **th Jan ****
and got the revert with Reference No: BB**********. Post that I've received a
call from +**-********** on **th Jan **** and they assured that the product
will be returned and will refund the product amount. I tried to reachout on the
same number multiple times but didn't get any response even a single time. Also, I
followed up over email but they are also not replying.

I am not able to figure it out that why this is happening. Today is **th Jan ****
and still my problem has not been resolved. How many day should I wait for this?
