Vinayakam Boutique & Fabrics - Wrong product delivered and double money taken

The company Vinayakam watches is an online company active on Facebook and WhatsApp. They put pictures of various products so that people buy. I had ordered a watch on Monday *rd December **** after the dealer confirmed that the watch is black Burberry men watch first copy. I had deposited money in their account here at Amritsar, Punjab and they have confirmed the same above in WhatsApp messages that they have received payment. I can send screenshots of the full chat. Now today after ** days I have got the watch which came with cash on delivery for an ordered I had already paid for in the bank. And the delivery guy took Rs. **** from my house while I was not at home as my parents did not know about any such order coming as it was a surprise. So they paid for it. I called at their number and after repeated attempts, someone picked and said our sir is on leave. And he said we will put back money in my account. When I come home and I have opened the watch. The watch is a third-grade diesel golden colour watch. What I had ordered was different and what they have delivered is different and have taken double the money. After some research, I found reviews about this dealer on their Facebook page and many people are complaining the same that they have cheated on them too.
