Frustrated and Disappointed with Shoppers Stop!
I’ve had the most frustrating and disappointing experience with Shoppers Stop and their so-called “customer service.” I placed an order for footwear on August *th, and after waiting almost three weeks, I received a completely different product on August **th. Mistakes happen, and I was patient, but things only went downhill from there.
I immediately initiated a return on August **th, but despite countless calls, emails, and follow-ups, it’s now September *th and the product still hasn’t been picked up. How can such a basic issue take this long to resolve? It seems like their team is either completely incompetent or just sitting idle, ignoring customer concerns.
The level of customer service here is abysmal. I’ve wasted so much of my time and energy trying to fix their mistake, and it’s shocking how indifferent they are to their customers. In India, we often say that "the customer is God"—but clearly, Shoppers Stop doesn't care at all.
Why can’t they ensure products are checked before delivery? Why should customers suffer due to their lack of accountability? It’s absurd that a simple refund of ₹*** is taking this much effort.
