The wrong package delivered. I had ordered two lehengas on **th of March ****. They have sent two cheap torn sarees instead which do not match the standards of the description provided on site. The customer care is not accessible and says that they are busy. The seller's contact number is also fake. They promise easy returns which is a white lie. It is terrible that in spite of so many complaints against this website it is still managing to sneak green notes out of peoples pocket.
I request, that some strict action is taken against it as soon as possible and my money is refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
