I have taken an airtel black plan last week. The plan is ***rs which includes * sims and one broadband connection . As per discussions, since we had * airtel prepaid connections at home already, I asked to add these two in the black plan and make them postpaid. Out of which, one was done the same day i.e ********** (my father's number) and the other one is still pending (**********).
During the day of connection it has been communicated multiple times that the billing should be done against my name i.e Prienka Bakshi.
*. When the broadband connection engineers came they said the name is given as Prasanta Bakshi. I called the agent Pritam banerjee he said it's a mistake he will update the name in ** hours. It has been a week , the guy is not responding properly neither my work is done.
*. I had to include one more sim to the plan i.e my mother's number which is currently airtel prepaid. The sim was supposed to be given on the same day of connection. I am calling Pritam regularly, he says he is coming is ** mins and then not responding to calls.
I would request your interference in this matter.
