Jaipur Designers - Wrong order delivered company is not responding to emails and messages

I placed an order on *th May'** which got delivered on **th May. However, the item is not what I ordered. I wrote to customer support requesting a return and refund. I have dropped several emails and Instagram messages but have not got any response from them. There is no customer care no that is listed on the website. I want my money refunded and the wrong product returned but I have no way to get in touch with the company.
