Flipkart nike - Wrong model received from same brand

Sir I am order a Nike winflo * Running shoes from Flipkart. I have dileverd another shoes of same brand. Wrong items received from same brand issue with me. I have also unboxing video of this shoes.I am raised a request for that but Flipkart reject my request again and again. They also blocked my account on ** june. I am unable to raise request from our side . There is two invoices in the package one on the name of me and one on another costumer. Seller of Flipkart is fraud. I am very disappoint with Flipkart service. Please help me regarding this.I have also unboxing video of package. Register mobile number with Flipkart is **********. Order I'd is OD******************. I have also unboxing video of this shoes .
