Justin filed complaint against Boat on Nov 15, 2023
On sep * I applied warranty for my boat stone ****F techno purple Sunburn edition. But they send me wrong model , again I applied for a replacement again I received a wring model the same things happens on me again and again (* times). I really tired of doing such a things.still now I can't get correct solution from boat side.warranty policy as per boat was estimated waiting time was *-* weeks but I'm waiting for more than * months. I asked them to send ****F model. instead of that they have send ****.model.this is totally unfair..

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
