Incident details: I ordered a cake (*kg)+ flowers on **th sep. On that day around *:** pm I received that cake but when I saw it was not the cake which I ordered it was a totally different from what I ordered so I returned it after speaking with the delivery person. The original cake which I ordered was costed around **** and *** for flowers. But the cake which they sended was black forest cake which costs only around *** which I checked in their website . On that day itself I mailed to them regarding that issue bcoz there is no contact no only * mail IDS are there in that only * is working after * days they replied and said that we are sorry we can't provide refund bcoz the mistake was on ur side. Thn again I mailed them and after some many mails they agreed to refund the amount of flowers that too in thier website only. Again I mailed them and now they r agreed to refund extra *** rs. Only . Recently I have mailed and said that If at all I need the refund in my original payment method only
