I am suffering from fistula disease for which I am taking medicine from company Jeena Sikho. Around * doses of medicine are been purchased by me from Jeena Sikho through COD. This fraud person name as “Nimesh Agarwal “contact me as staff from Jeena Sikho for providing injection for the treatment of fistula on */*/**. He calls me that you had taken * doses of medicine from our company and yet not got relief. The company had forwarded the file to us for providing injection to cure permanently. As in Jeena Sikho when anyone from the company makes a call to me they used to refer the word that your file is been forwarded to me and I will recommend you the further medicine. So I believe the person may be from Jeena Sikho. After having a conversation with me he asked to placed the order for injection even he told that you had taken * doses and not got total to relive from the disease so you must take this injection for total cure. He further said as you are the old customer of our company you will be provided injection at company rate I.e. ****.** whereas injection rate for a new patient is *****.**. As per conversation with Agarwal, l allowed him to placed order for injection. He added you will get completely fit after taking this injection if after two injections you would not get relive company will return you the whole money back to you. We had recommended many people this injection when medicine does not work therefore your file is forwarded to us for recommendations. So he placed an order for me and told that your injection will reach within a week. In between he contacts me much time asking about health, how much previous medicine is left after injection no need to take medicine anymore, our aim is to remove you from the intake of medicine, how long will you take this medicine likewise where his statement. On **/*/** I received the medicine package before I receive the package he made many calls to receive the packet. When I received it from Durg post office on **/*/** he made a call to me and said don't open the packet as the injection may get damage you can open only before one hour when you are ready to get inject through the doctor. He also said not to take milk or milk product before and after injection. This instruction is been given to me by Jeena Sikho staff when I order for the first and second dose of medicine. So I kept the package without opening. After half an hour he made another call and told to put the package in the refrigerator so that injection may not be got damage. After one hour he again ring and told to remove it from the refrigerator but not open and I will ring on around *oclock how to get an injection from the doctor. I said ok I will wait for your call but he didn't make any call again. About * o clock I made a call to him but his mobile was switched off many times. I try but the mobile was switched off. Then open the packets see whether it contains injection or not. There was no injection in it. It contains only three powder bottle and three liquid bottles. After opening, I made again call but mobile switch off. Then I search his WhatsApp no in which I placed msg about no injection in the parcel. He replied that you are been delivered the wrong parcel. Give me two days for the right parcel. Up to date he had not made any reply to me nor reply through WhatsApp and his mobile is switched off. When I searched about the medicine on the internet this medicine is for diabetics patients. Next day I made inquire with Jeena Sikho toll-free no. and discussed the injection they told that this is not our medicine. We do not know how you have been fraud this is how this online medicine company are making fraud. So please report the case on this fraud person Nimesh Agarwal and also on Jeena Sikho company to display/show the file/information of patients to any fraud and also whole information related to the dose received and related information to me to fraud which makes him easy to perform such activity.
