New Care Diagnostic - Wrong Medical Report

I have taken few tests from New care diagnostic located in neelasandra Bangalore which costed me around "Rs.****" rupees. In urine report(clinical pathology) they mentioned "bile salt and bile pigment present" which means i have Obstructive jaundice or Liver disease. I consulted a general physician regarding this , she told me to take hepatitis b test along with bile salt & pigment from other diagnostic centre since i don't have any of those diseases symptom. I taken a HBsAG and bile salt & pigment test in Pristine diagnostics which reported me that all are Negative.

Because of this wrong report i can't trust other reports given by new care diagnostic, So i have taken a complete test (what ever i have taken in new care) again in Pristine Diagnostic which costed me Rs.**** + *** (for their wrong report retest).

I'm a ** year old mother with * kids because of her wrong report i couldn't sleep for three days, i am completely stressed till i came to know "bile salt and bile pigment is negative".

Because of her wrong report i have to bare a additional cost of **** for retest and complete retest of my other reports as well.
