I have placed an order on Club Factory (order no SO*********) on *th March comprising six items of total Rs **** and paid the amount online. Got the confirmation SMS and email from the club factory on the successful payment and order confirmation.
On *th March I got another message and mail that items in my order are being processed and it will take another *-* business days for shipping.
Then on **th Mar at *:** pm I got the SMS that my club factory surface package (*************) will be delivered today. Then I get a message on **th Mar at *:** pm that our executive (phone no **********) was unable to deliver your club factory courier.
Meanwhile, I got the call from courier guy asking me whether I have received the parcel or not. I have asked him that nobody attempted delivery and how come I am getting the message that delivery attempted and failed. So he told me that his courier boy is not reachable and he will check and let me know.
Then for two-three days, there is no update from anyone. On the fourth day, I called up the courier guy asking that you were supposed to deliver the courier to me. He told me that madam we have misplaced your parcel somewhere and we have informed the same to Club Factory.
I went back and check status on club factory on my app against my order it was showing under delivery.
So I tried customer care no of club factory given on the app. It was not reachable or I think it is not even in operation. So I went to their support centre and started chatting with their customer support agent narrating the entire incident. They took a long time to check with their warehouses. First, they told me that delivery was attempted but because of incomplete address courier guy couldn’t reach you.
Then I again told them what courier guy communicated to me. So after again checking with their warehouse, they told me that they will reattempt the delivery and I should wait for *-* working days. All of this happened on **th Mar.
Then on **th April, I received one courier from club factory having three items totally unrelated to my order against my order of * completely different items.
I immediately went to support centre chat and informed them and uploaded the photos of what I received. After providing all the information repeatedly there was no solution given by the support centre agent and told me to wait for another *-* days.
Then on **th Apr, since I didn’t get any update, I again approached them on the support centre. On asking the status of my complaint, they are telling me that we have checked with our vendors and they have shipped all the items. They do not seem to solve my complaint and give me my order items or money back.
