I am an online seller of men's clothes, I sold a NY jackets but the customer returned it and the courier partner express bees handed over the wrong item to me in exchange of the jacket which is a tea cup, as per the video and photo. Complained on seller app too why it was rejected that it is not visible when everything is clearly visible in the video as per seller guidelines everything is done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
