I ordered a watch from infrill.com on ** /**/****.I paid them by paytm. Firstly they don't delivered it for a month then I filed compaint on cc avenue customer support and then they delivered me a fake watch with no branding then I filed another complaint on cc avenue for wrong product but no resolution offered by them .At that time I stressed too much because I lost all my saving money on that .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
