I ordered few items out of which instead of neutrogena emulsion they sent me a neutrogena night mask. I called customer service to get it return and they said that they will arrange for a pickup within ** hrs which makes no sense to me. Its been a week now no one came to pick up my item and their agents are just disconnecting the calls and managers are just asking to wait and wait for ** hrs. They sent wrong items and then take someones time for no good reason . I really want to sue such an organisation who make errors and then held responsible to others
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
