I've purchased a Canon EOS ****D camera worth Rs.*****/- from Amazon on EMI basis using my credit card on January *th **** and they promised to deliver it on **th of the month. They delivered me Prestige cookware. I intimated amazon about the wrong package delivery on the same date. They informed me to solve it within *-* days and even after * days they have not redressed my grievance nor did they refunded my amount deducted by credit card. On **nd January they intimated me that within **-** hours they will initiate refund which was not done till this date and on **th Jan I sent them a mail quoting them the matter they are again asking me to wait for another ** hours. I'm losing interest amount as I've taken it on EMI. Kindly do the needful.
