I had ordered a Woman Sneakers of Nike on *th April from lehengacholionline.in of **** (****+***) on CoD. When it arrived on **th April, I found a black Men's Slipper inside a Nike box. I am unable to contact on the number provided on the Website (+**-**********). It is also mentioned to file any return or replacement, we would just have to drop a WhatsApp message on the same number, but unfortunately I am unable to find the number on WhatsApp too. My order was delivered from Sunstar, I spoke to the delivery guy and asked him if he could help me, so he gave him his Manager's number and asked me to contact him. I called him up, stated the entire issue and post that he asked me to give him a call back in ** minutes in which he would be able to find a relevant number or email ID. Trusting him I did call him back in ** minutes, just to find out my number being disconnected on every try I attempt. I don't know how, where and what to do in order to get the item returned back and get my amount of **** refunded back. Please help me!!!
