Vedik sarees - Wrong item delivered and no response to emails

I've seen their ad on Facebook and placed order for * sarees and * lehenga which of total rs.****. They sent completely wrong product which is opposite from the picture shown on website. So I've sent few emails as per their return procedure. No response. So i've sent the parcel on my own expenses i.e., ***rs. From post office to the address mentioned on parcel. Still sent an email called their customer care number mentioned on address. No response.please get me refund from them and confirm their number to get their products back. I don't need them anymore. I want only the products price as refund which is ****.
