Hotels.com - Wrong hotel booked

I was redirected to a different hotel while online booking through hotels.com. I had selected *-star category hotel i.e. "the Okura prestige hotel Bangkok" and hotels.com have redirected to "the prestige hotel Bangkok".
I have tried to hotels.com as well as the prestige hotel in Bangkok to cancel the booking and initiate refund but they didn't help me and my family and kids don't like this property to stay in. It is a mistake from hotels.com and why do I and my family suffer and compromise in my holiday tour.
I want a solution before my travelling dates on ** May ****. There is enough evidence like video, screenshots of this error booking by hotels.com.
