- Wrong flight information on ticket Open

I had booked The flight from nairobi to vadodara with a layover at mumbai for **th nov. The pdf received on booking the flight says that checkin / bag drop counter closes at *:**am. And flight departs at *:**am. I reached airport at *am only to be informed that the flight departed as scheduled at *:**am and there was a printing error in my pdf. When contacted, the customer care team said that i missed the flight because i was late. Well obviously i was late, because wrong time was printed on my booking confirmation pdf. Then over that they had the audacity to suggest that because i booked the ticket from vadodara, the take off time of the flight from Nairobi was mentioned in vadodara (IST) time and not local time. Not only is it customary to mention take off time in local time, even the pdf says the time is local time! And the bag drop time of *:**am in pdf makes sense only if its Nairobi local time because you close bag drop **min before scheduled flight departure time. Not *:**hr before departure time. All i ask is a fair compensation/ refund. It was the airlines’ fault, the airline must take responsibility!
