Arihant city - Wrong Flat and Possession is delayed of My Flat booking

At the time of booking what all the things are promised, nothing are delivered, this show reality of this industry. At the time booking I thought builder is also jain and I also jain, so big trust was developed in my mind but I forgot current industry will try to sale the things at any cost .

I was clearly mention and told that your flat is garden facing , after booking I have visited * times on site and I was always shown flat which is garden facing and also in-front of you , employee of Arihant city name Rahul also confirmed that it was told to me my flat is Garden facing and also he has shown me garden facing flat but when I visited on Sunday, I was surprise in actual my flat is back aside and flat *** is garden facing. How It can be done, really shocking & Blunder, I have seen/read this type of things happening in news or news-paper but never thought will happen with me by such a re-putative builder. It takes whole life to built a house in Mumbai but never thought this will happen.

At the time of booking (Dec ****), it was communicated to me Sir, Flat will be provided to you in Diwali **** , Max by Dec ****, it going to complete * years, people like me, who are staying on rent, book a flat keeping in mind, inspite of paying rent , will pay EMI and khud ka ghar bhi ho jayega, still I am paying **k rent and paying demands of yours. Now I understood why my registration was delayed by * year because you cant comment wrong dates as per RERRA.
