I took phone in emi from home credit in the year **** of Rs **,***. But, ecs never came into my account and home credit started forcing me to pay full and final amount in one go as they have some issues from their end. I requested them to please forward me a email about the issue and only then I will clear the whole amount. But they started ruining my cibil and after mentally torcher I cleared whole amount by taking loan from my friend but they ruined my cibil showing late payments for * months, I compalined to cibil, home credit grievance officer, customer care but nothing happened. I provided all evidence but they emailed me that, we told you to pay whole amount but you not paid.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
