I was visiting this hospital for my pregnancy on my friends reference. This incident happened on May ** ****. During *th month my pregnancy got sudden pain in my lower stomach. I took an appointment online with Dr. Noor ul ayian as it was lock down. they asked me to transfer the money first and they will connect me to doctor but we waited for a long time there was no response from the doctor nor the hospital so I decided to go the hospital directly as the pain was unbearable. When I go there no senior doctors were available without informing that a duty doctor named bhavana started giving treatment without any experience based on the directions of my consulting doctor through phone. They wrongly diagnosed it is Acidity issue and started giving me treatment. Until then I was not bleeding through my vagina. Dr Bhavana and a duty nurse did internal examination after which I saw blood on their gloves. They did multiple internal examination which gave me lot of pain and bleeding as well. But I’m not sure if that caused my placenta abruptio. Further they put me on IV and started giving medications for acidity, but the pain was still unbearable mean while BP started dropping. The duty doctor was not able to recognise what is the reason for pain. My consulting doctor NOOR UL AYIAN neither spoke to me over phone to understand what I was going through, nor she turned up to the hospital thinking it might be an emergency. The duty doctor was so busy that she could not give time to patient and understand what I was going through she often left the patient and was busy seeing her phone in cabin. Even after Injections and IV, the pain was there no remedy, nor the reason was known I could not bear the pain anymore and my husband decided take me to another hospital. The nurses and duty doctor were waiting to wash off hands from this case and duty doctor said to take the scan and come and visit the doctor on Monday. But we decided to take second opinion from Specialist hospital as the pain was unbearable. There I was told that there is massive blood rush in uterus (Placenta Abruptio), I was supposed to be operated immediately. The doctor said they can’t guarantee both moms and baby's live. Further they referred me to Cloud Nine hospital HRBR layout and was operated around *:** PM. I had a huge blood loss which lead to multiple blood transfusions. I was under observation in HDU Care for * days after which I was shifted to ward. My baby is still in NICU at cloud nine taking treatment which might take next * to * weeks for him to recover. The entire treatment might cost me up to ** Lakhs I reached prime care hospital in right time so that I get proper treatment and no harm would be done for the baby. Because of their wrong diagnosis I had to go through all these even after reaching hospital on time for treatment. If I would have heard the Dr.Bhavana and left to home with a hope of reduction in pain and wait till Monday for scan I and my baby would be no more. We both had reached death bed because of their wrong diagnosis. I feel very guilty about myself for choosing such a hopeless hospital for my delivery where there is no proper expertise. The Same was communicated to Mr. Faisal, COO of prime care hospital on **/*/**. Unfortunately, no communication or update from him regarding the case till date. As a sufferer I had to follow up multiple times and he negligently says there was a slight delay in understanding the case. He still doesn’t realise slight delay would have costed two lives. I request you to give me justice for the trauma I went through because of there negligence and further request you to cancel licences of such hospitals which do not have ability to handle emergency cases that might cost lives. HOPE I WILL GET JUSTICE. Thank You
