I had applied Australian Visa application from Unimoni. I clearly stated i had covid visa waiver.But the HeadOffice staff ganga had not entered previous visa details for covid visa waiver in the visa application and given false information that we are not eligible for visa waiver. On application print out it is clear that they had not entered previous visa details and they also selected No instead of selecting Yes for the question whether i am eligible for visa waiver.This caused us Rs.****/- loss from the irresponsible behaviour of head office staff Ganga. We need the refund for the loss caused by this staff of Unimoni. More than that they had not attached important my bank statement in the application and taken Rs.*****/- without bill or invoice. All questions to customercare and Ganga was unanswered. We need legal action against this company for breaking the trust and loss to us .
