Myntra Fossil - Wrong design of the order was delivered

I had placed a fossil watch Model FS**** on Myntra and when the item was delivered I saw it was FS****IE which is a different design then what is being shown on the app, On raising the return request on Myntra they denied stating that the "quality check did not pass" and reshipped me the item. I have raised a return, but they are not picking up the order saying that they have sent the correct item. I have shared all the images of the wrong item/design as well still they are harassing me and not refunding the amount
