I ordered * specs from Lenskart. One was damaged and the other was completely different from what I ordered. I'm writing about this issue here after continuous refusal of return and refund from Lenskart even when I tried to return the products within the time limit. They have only line to say- "Sorry our team has checked the videos and we can't help you". Who will help me then? I ordered those for **** and didn't ask them anything so why they are creating so much hassle for me. And this was not enough because their delivery agent continuously called me and when I didn't answer him, * people came to my house and continuously knocked on my door. The Delivery agent's remark was that "lenskart is deducting the order amount from his account and this he wants to talk to me". This company is a fraud. They are doing a scam. They have mentioned that customers can return the items if they have any issue, but even then they are not returning these products and not refunding my money. If someone can ask them, have they placed cameras during the whole delivery process. How on earth are they saying that they sent the correct and undamaged product.
When I made a public post on LinkedIn against them, they called me and said we'll look into this and try to help you, only to answer me the same thing again that "Sorry".
I'm not Ambani's or Adani's daughter. This order amount is a very huge part of my salary and I can't just donate it to some fraud company like lenskart.
They just don't think about customers like me and aren't bothered about my issue and situation. All they have is a 'Sorry'. If someone takes all their specs and doesn't pay them and just says 'Sorry' to Peyush Bansal when he calls that person, then only they will understand my situation.
I have only one request, if someone can tell them, take your specs, I don't want them anymore and refund my money. I have purchased specs from a local shop and will make sure to not buy anything from this fraud company.
