Bajaj finserv - Wrong communication on charges and finally charged unwanted

One of a executive approached and asked for over draft facility based on my salary account and informed **** processing fees & *** for online services and I can avail rs ****** over draft as eligibility whenever I need to use for that amount only*.**% is the rate of interest per month apart from that no other charges.when recieve the application form there was lot of charges mentions in it I said title mentioned personal loan and lot of charges mentioned how shall I agree. Through online .,the executive responded it's a common draft for all loans you're selected customer and once you agree you will get one ID for bajaj finserf with that I can help you with the customized charges as I communicated she told .,trusting on her shared al my KYC and agree .The moment I agreed I recieved a mail total processing fee is *****/- my loan got insured for *****& taxes applicable it's mandatory we have to send some amount to your account since transferred ****/- ad Over draft .the total sum you utilised is ***** rs you can pay this amount in emi .I literally felt annoyed and try call those executive people for ** days nobody responded I was trying to close it immediately nobody responding .Finally approached Bombay head office and one local manager ccalled me to help closing loan .Here the lis of charges he told me to close the over draft with in same day of loan taken by wrong information .
