Tirupati Coirs Pvt Limited - Wrong colour product delivered

I recently purchased a sofa cum bed (*x* size) from Amazon and was impressed with the product. Subsequently, I visited sellers website to order a customized *x* variant in the same color since it was not available on Amazon. Prior to placing the order, I confirmed with the sales team of the seller multiple times that the product would match the exact color of the previous purchase from Amazon. Each time, I emphasized the importance of receiving the same color.

Despite my several requests to send me the picture before the dispatch, I did not receive any photos of the product before dispatch, which could have prevented this confusion. Upon receiving the delivery, I was dismayed to find that the product is not the same color as agreed upon. Even after bringing this to their team's attention, I was informed that it is the correct color which is clearly not the case. They arey simply turing a blind eye to this whole mess. Dark Grey is different from Regular grey, even a child can tell the difference.
This situation is highly disappointing and frustrating, as I made it explicitly clear from the beginning that I required the exact same color time and again. Now I have raised a complaint through email, through a phone call but no response. Luckily I have the recordings of all my conversation with them saved with me which can prove the same
