Cake Square - Wrong Cake Delivered, Stale and Inedible

We ordered a pull-out cupcake cake from Cake Square Chennai for a birthday Party. We were in touch with the team via WhatsApp and Email and were assured that they would be able to customize the cake as per our requirements. We made the full payment after the confirmation and contacted them a couple of days before the event to confirm the customizations and ask for a photo before delivery. They did not respond to these messages and when the cake was delivered we were shocked to see that the cake was neither customized as per our requirements nor was it a pull-out cupcake cake. In addition, the cake was stale and inedible. When we contacted them via phone, their manager agreed they made a mistake taking the order and would resolve the issue. Despite innumerable calls to them, there has been no resolution. We were charged Rs. **** was a cake that wasn't even worth Rs. *** (stale and inedible).
